We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Product team in Amsterdam and lead the development process from proto stage to bulk production.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Product, Design team and suppliers to ensure products meet our design vision, quality standards and commercial targets.

·      Managing the product development process from proto to production

·      Leading fittings together with Design and improving fit and construction

·      Daily communication with suppliers regarding development, fabrics and trims

·      Evaluating samples, lab dips and strike-offs

·      Managing size specifications, grading and core blocks

·      Monitoring development timelines and PD calendars

·      Overseeing product quality, construction and technical standards

·      Supporting costing processes and key product meetings

·      Training and supporting Junior Product Developers and interns

·      5+ years of experience as a (Senior) Product Developer

·      Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit and grading

·      Excellent organisational skills

·      Good eye for detail

·      Experience with Adobe Illustrator and excel

·      Good communication skills

·      Good command of written & spoken English

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Hands on mentality

·      Ability to manage multiple development stages and deadlines
