Our Tenue. Penn jean is a tribute to the classic silhouette of the mother of all jeans: The 1980s regular fit jeans. The Tenue. Penn jeans have a relaxed fit with a slight taper from the knee down, combined with a high waist. The Penn is a versatile jean: Wear it snug, roomy (one size up) or big and oversized! The Penn Oakland is made from a luxurious and custom 13.5 oz selvedge denim fabric, produced by the Candiani mill in Italy. The Oakland is what we call a black-on-black pair of jeans, meaning it will stay black. The Penn Oakland is made in our jeans factory near Umbertide, Italy.
