The Penn Oakland is made from a luxurious and custom 13.5 oz selvedge denim fabric, produced by the Candiani mill in Italy. The Oakland is what we call a black-on-black pair of jeans, meaning it will stay black. The Penn Oakland is made by our jeans factory near Umbertide, Italy.
